The\u3000school\u3000was\u3000founded \u3000in\u3000the\u300034th\u3000 year\u3000of\u3000the\u3000Meiji\u3000era\u3000(1901)\u3000as\u3000Saidaiji\u3000Municipal\u3000Girls’\u3000School.\u3000The\u3000school\u3000changed\u3000its\u3000name\u3000to\u3000Okaya<\/span>ma\u3000Prefectural\u3000Saidaiji\u3000Senior High\u3000School\u3000in\u3000the\u300024th\u3000year\u3000of\u3000the\u3000Showa\u3000 period\u3000 (1949).\u3000The\u3000curriculum\u3000 is<\/span>\u00a0\u3000continuously\u3000 evolving\u3000to \u3000provide \u3000the\u3000students\u3000with\u3000the\u3000best\u3000possible\u3000learning\u3000experience.
